Max will be showing and helping us make a ‘free form bowl’.
Clay will be provided.
Members are requested to bring:
1. Shallow bowl 8 to 10inch diameter for a mould
2. Cloth for rolling out clay
3. Work board for cutting clay
4. Knife
5. Rolling pin
6. Mark making stamps
The theme for this year’s ‘Peter Stocker Sculptural Award’ is: ‘Literary Animals’.
Entries must be handmade pottery or sculptures by members.
Bring your entry to the November meeting at 8pm, 29th Nov 2024.
The competition will be voted for by the members present and will be announced at the meeting.
As this is the last meeting of the year, there will be mince pies and mulled wine.
Prize of the Peter Stocker Award is £75 and to hold the trophy for a year. As well as choosing next years competition theme.
